By placing an order with Tradin Ltd you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before ordering.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Prices are shown in GBP and exclude VAT unless stated.
Pricing
Prices are set based on supplier cost with a retail mark-up and may change without notice. Sale prices apply only while displayed.
Payment
Payment is taken in full at checkout via card or supported digital wallets. Trade accounts are subject to a separate credit agreement.
Delivery
Delivery timings are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; title passes on cleared payment. See our Delivery Information page for full details.
Product suitability
You are responsible for ensuring products are fit for your intended use. Where appropriate, seek professional advice before installation.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
