Description

This square-edged, planed-all-round (PSE) timber is suitable for general internal uses such as shelving and furniture making. It can also be used externally, provided it is properly treated. The timber may be finished with varnish, oil, or paint to suit your project requirements. As it is planed on all sides, the finished dimensions will typically be approximately 5mm smaller than the stated size. Timber is a natural material and is affected by atmospheric conditions. As a result, it may expand or contract over time, leading to minor size variations and occasional surface checking.
